For Kebab:
– Ground beef.
– 1 cup of finely chopped parsley.
– 1 small finely grated res onion.
– 1 tsp of black pepper and salt to taste.
– 1/2 tsp of baking powder ( to keep the kebab moist and tender).

Vegetable to be roasted:
– 2 medium eggplants.
– 1 big red bell pepper.
– 1 big green bell pepper.
– 2 medium red onions.
– 2 medium tomatoes.
– 2 medium garlic heads.
– 1 green hot pepper.
– 2 tbsp of olive oil, black pepper and salt to taste.

– For the dough:
– 2 cups of flour.
– 2 tbsp of yogurt.
– 1 cup of warm water.
– 1 tsp of each: yeast, sugar and salt.
– 1 tbsp of olive oil.
– 1 tbsp of vegetable oil.
– 1 large egg yolk or 2 small to brush the dough with.
– Black pepper and salt for the egg yolk.
– Sesame seeds and black seeds.
