Prenatal Safe Stretch Routine | Relieve Back and Hip Pain & Prepare for Delivery

Feeling the aches and pains of pregnancy? Fear not! This stretch routine will set you straight. I like to do this relaxing stretch routine before bed at night to stop restless leg syndrome, loosen up my muscles, and just relax me before I try to get as much sleep as possible (which is often interrupted by pee breaks). This stretch routine ensures that I feel fully rested when i wake up in the morning, AND it is preparing me for delivery by loosening my hips and pelvis.
