Instant Pot Hard Boiled Eggs (Easy Peel and No Ice Bath Needed)

Let me show you how to make instant pot hard boiled eggs that are easy to peel and come out perfect every time. I use the 5 5 cold water method, yes, I don’t keep a tab on the last 5 minutes, and I have never had a sob story with my way.

Ingredients
6 Eggs: I used free-range large eggs (You can boil up to a dozen or as much as your instant pot can take)
Coldwater

Instructions
Place the trivet in the inner pot of your instant pot
Then add 1 cup of room temperature water
Carefully place the eggs on the trivet
Lock the instant pot to safety with the valve on the seal position. Select manual or high-pressure button and cook on high pressure for 5 minutes. Once the cooking cycle is completed, let the pot do another 5 minutes natural pressure release then do a quick release.
Using a thong, carefully transfer the eggs to the water bath and leave for another 5 minutes. Peel the eggs and serve as desired.
