20 Min Low Impact Beginner Arms & Abs

Do this workout everyday for 10 days to see a noticeable difference in your arms and abs!

Todays workout I take out my 2lb weights to challenge myself a bit more, so if you have a set of small weights at home or even a couple water bottles, grab them and lets feel the burn together!

Some of the exercises are a bit quick in this workout so If you need to slow them down at all, that is totally okay. Modify to your speed and level of intensity!

I want you to focus on your mind to muscle connection today. When exercising, think about the muscles that are working and try to contract them just a little bit more. This will help you increase the efficency of this workout and will help you really activate your muscles as much as possible!
