If you’re starting to get a few rotator cuff symptoms, or signs of shoulder impingement, use this quick but important pre-gym exercise to help protect your shoulders.

The key to protecting your shoulders from injury is activating and strengthening the muscle combination of the Serratus Anterior and Lower Trapezius. When they stop working properly it reduces the subacromial space and puts extra strain on the rotator cuff muscles. This pre-workout exercise activates & strengthens both muscles and gets them working together properly again.
