Asked about what the plan is to tacking the crossings, Chris Heaton-Harris says there’s a “whole host of actions” that are being taken.
“We need some legislation on top of what we are all doing so we make sure that people who come to this country illegally are returned very quickly and that’s what I expect to see in the legislation,” he adds.
